Testing for All - UX
















Brief

During covid Testing For All team approached me to help develop the UX flows for their new covid testing product service. 

What happened

Working with the team, we developed and explored the key user journeys for different flows (eg, via employer flow vs end customer direct flows),  we had to figure out technically how every detail worked together while my focus being to find best user experience via the web app , across the entire user journey and touch points of the service.

We ran some qualititive testing running customers through wireframe prototypes and gathering useful insights to take by into design.
