DMCT | Interface

This was a project I collaborated on with our development team at Hyatt Corp. A few years ago, we launched a brand-new CMS tailored to the needs of the hospitality industry.

The early stages were quite chaotic, but once the bugs were resolved, the platform evolved into a robust system. A specific initiative I led was the creation of a Dynamic Module Content Tool (DMCT), or simply, the “offer tool” as we call it internally, which is basically a feature specific to our in-house CMS.

In our line of work, publishing an offer often requires the same content module to be placed across multiple pages—sometimes 10 or more—and replicated across different markets and languages. This quickly becomes time-consuming and difficult to manage.

The offer tool is designed to simplify this process. It provides a practical interface where content modules can be easily managed, duplicated, and distributed. Inspired by familiar email interfaces, it allows users to quickly scan the module database, copy and create content, and deploy it dynamically across multiple pages and sites.
